In House Basketball Leagues:

TEAMS: 

The Fall Basketball League consist of 10- 12 weeks of training and 8 game weeks, including playoffs and championship games. 

The Winter Basketball League  consist of 10-12 weeks of practices and 8 game weeks, including playoffs and championship games. 

The Summer Basketball League  consist of 8 weeks of practices and 6 game weeks, including playoffs and championship games. 

* Participants will be taught the fundamentals of ball handling, shooting, passing, offensive and defensive play and foot work all to prepare them for real game play. Team assignments are based on age.  Schedule and location vary per session. Youth are divided into teams to allow for fair and level playing field.  Teams are as follows:

Freshman                     Grades  Kst - 2nd
Junior Varsity              Grades 3rd - 4th
Varsity                         Grades  5th - 6th
SR Varsity                   Grades 7th -  8th
 
Special request can be made to the Coaching Director and will be evaluated on a per case basis. Teams are distributed to ensure even numbers on each team.

Traveling Basketball Teams:
Boys Traveling Team Ages 10-14
Girls Traveling Team Ages 10-14
This is competitive team play, teams practice at least twice a week and travel playing in local tournaments against other area teams.  Tournaments typically run Fri.-Sun.  Teams will play in 5-8 tournaments.  Unlike our in-house league players must tryout for this team. 



Private Instruction:
ATL offers 30- 60 minute private instruction sessions.
