RVC is a JVA and USAV club member and has two main goals.  The first is to provide quality instruction for all aspects of the game.  This instruction will include both skill building and individual development; self-discipline, dedication and self confidence, qualities that will benefit our players as they progress through life.  The second goal is to prepare those players that have the desire, athletic ability and academic standing to play  to excel at the competitive level.  We are proud of the opportunity that we offer, and we feel our program is dedicated to providing all athletes with the opportunity to be successful.   Playing with RVC requires a strong commitment to the game, the team, and yourself.

 
Our  club is for the competitive volleyball athlete seeking:

1. An advanced playing option to be prepared to play on your school team.

2. A competitive volleyball  option to play beyond  your school team .

3. It is ideal for  a player seeking to commit to a quality competitive volleyball option that allows time for other things.

 RVC offers 3 club options: Regional, Premier & National Teams  see details below and click on Why RVC button to read more!!!!​  The levels are based on mainly season length and allowing for travel when it makes sense, not all teams travel!                                              

RVC Volleyball 2023 -2024:      

Teams are formed based on play level.  We enter our teams in events that will set them up for success as well as a challenge, allowing them to grow in skill and athletic character.    We do not travel for the sake of traveling, we travel when it makes sense based on the team's age and play level.  When teams travel we choose events with the same mindset above as well as to give teams exposure.

The following information is general as our teams are assigned a level based on season length and the events chosen for the team that best fit the team's play level!  RVC determines all player placements not members.

Regional Teams:
Fee $1150 does not include uniform.   Play  local tournaments WCPL or CVL, no out of state travel.   Season: Dec- March

Premier Teams:
$1,350 this fee does not include uniform or travel.   Play in local weekend leagues, local tournaments  and  * some teams 1 events that are out of state events ie.  WI or  KY.  Travel  fees are not included and are  billed separately.  Season: Dec-  Early April
* Not all premier team travel our of state, travel is based on the competitive level of the team as there are plenty of quality local events.  RVC is very responsible in making this decision.  Teams travel when it makes sense based on age, and level of play level.

National Teams: 
$1,700  does not include uniform, travel or national fees.    Teams play  in local leagues and local larger events,  and some National teams will attend 1 to  2 out of state events.    Teams that do not qualify for Nationals or are scheduled for out of state travel will attend Chicago based championship tournaments and national event.  Out of state tournaments fees are not included and  are billed separately.  HUDL will be made available at an additional cost.  Season: Dec- April to June  

RVC Elite: 
$1,950  does not include uniform, travel or national fees.    Attend  a national event and a minimum of 2 out of state events i.e.  JVA World Challenge or National Qualifier, WCPL and AAU or USA Nationals or other national event.  Included HUDL.   Out of state tournaments fees are not included and  are billed separately.  Season: Dec-  June.  

Overview:  RVC typically does not create national teams for ages 11/12U - 14U as these are developmental years.  Regarding 15U-18U those teams are created based on skill level and as we stated above we select their division based on play level.  The competitive level of the team will match the appropriate division above.   We value our members time and money so we take a realistic approach to competitive sports.   As we stated we travel when it makes sense.

4.  Quality.  Our directors/ founders were D1 high level athletes that coach or have coached at the min. of a high school level.  Therefore we model our training on the principles of efficiency to develop players skills at a high level as well as their game IQ and seek out coaches to match our training model.

5.   Togetherness! Unfortunately there is quite a bit of drama in competitive sports today.  RVC's goal is not to be the biggest but to be our best.  We pride ourselves on not having drama on our teams as well as with our supporters in the seats.  If that is something you can not support then we honestly suggest with no intent of being  disrespectful seek out another option.
